DSCR Lowered to 1.15x in Low CAP Areas
While CAP rates continue to fall in most major metropolitan areas, CommercialBanc has lowered the DSCR requirements on its signature series apartment loan program, Banc-Series. Apartment loans and apartment financing is now possible at higher LTVs due to the lowering of the DSCR requirements from 1.25x to 1.15x.This can make a tremendous amount of difference in loan sizes, often making a difference whether the borrower can purchase a property or not.
